I am currently working as a Software Engineer in Data Science domain like ML, QlikSense etc. I have 1.25 yr overall experience and I am from Tier 1 clg but from non-IT branch. I am not much confident about my experience in this domain as startups want more at this much exp and learning is slow in current workrole. So I am thinking to take BITS Pilani Work integrated learning program in Data Science and be here in HSBC for 2 more yrs with limited growth. Will it be right to study or to change?
