EY1....you privileged white male ?
Hahaha ey1 is privileged, dosent even realize what he wrote is so out of this world
@Ey1 do you have literally any evidence to back that up at all?
I didn't say it does EY1 shiit man, you assume a lot
LOL OP. Go away, EY1.
Nothing in this world is a complete meritocracy. All else equal, women, minorities non h1b, and those with more visible projects will always get promoted faster at lower ranks. It will even out in the end. Dont fret.
Thanks, that's why i got promoted :)
Seriously, EY1. You're embarrassing us.
No EY1...rest of my female collegaues I started with did not get promoted..nor most of the male
And I have seen a lot of consultant female level having a very very hard becomong a manager level compared to male consultants
EY1.....Stop crying. Just grow up and face that you weren’t good enough against your peers.
And A4 i am a woman :) and i did get promoted so no..it was this one guy on my team for the whole year..he was a superstar and I looked up to him...and i got promotrd and he didn't ..i feel horrible ..he was the back bone of the project. Like wtf...when I searched his name on the site to see, I was shocked..
Do you understand how questions work?
Are you talking about your counselees?
I feel you OP. It has to be Accenture 🙄😤
OP are you talking about yourself as the guy who 100% deserved and didn’t get???
Do you think a woman or a man has more competition to be promoted at each rank?
I have no idea why you think your anecdotal experience means anything nor how that answers the question about this insanely male heavy industry at all
I just don't care EY1 what u asking
You seem like an extremely high performer
