For those planning on leaving their current firm, how do you go about interviewing? Do you request Skype interviews, take PTO, schedule them on Fridays, etc.? Any advice is appreciated!

I haven’t been in my position long (10 months) but from what I can see there is not room for me to grow or anyone who truly wants to advocate for my growth. I came in a position that paid way less that my qualifications demand, but I took it with assurances from my bosses that I’d be trained well and given opportunities to specialize and advance. I’m learning that is not the case. I’m debating jumping ship. It’s really disheartening.
