Hi everyone! Just looking for some insight. I’m about 4 years into HR, have my bachelors. I’ve been toying around with the idea of getting my masters in something relating to compliance/labor law and that side of HR. Shrm certification is also on my list. Our 6th grade schedule changed this year & our 45 min Flex period is now first thing in the morning. Students who have signed up for instrumental and chorus are pulled that block but it’s supposed to be “intervention” for the others. We rotate classes so I thought of treating it like homeroom, but I’m having trouble trying to think of how to best make use of that block. Any suggestions?
