There’s a reason the job posting has been up for a while and can confirm the role hasn’t been filled, nor are they in the stages of making an offer to a candidate. Good luck but applicant beware.
Without giving revealing specifics, I have friend who works there. I get the sense that if this new CD is team oriented, thoughtful, and empathetic, they could prevent an impending onslaught of turnover.
Interviewing at yeti was one of the worst hiring experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never been so sure I didn’t want to work somewhere. Recently a new coworker (coming from yeti) said things are still bad.

YETI is pretty much a hat and t-shirt company that makes great coffee mugs. (They also make expensive coolers that no one I know would ever buy)
