I have an offer letter from Barclays which cannot be downloaded from their portal (only fixed CTC mentioned in offer)also as per hr discussion she said I will get a 20 per cent bonus every year in March but it is not mentioned in the offer letter. How am I able to trust them with this?
There is no component provided as performance pay in the offer letter.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Help. I have not dealt with an anti-trans employee before and I need help with approach. This employee compared a mental illness with being transgender, and referred to someone trans as "he/she/it" at least once. The comments worked their way up the chain from an in-person event last week. How would you/have you approached this type of situation?

I have my MSHRM; which I got before I started working in HR, and a PHR but with this new HRM role I'm thinking of getting an HR Certification in Strategic Management. It is very costly. Has anyone taken any of these Certification programs? Is it worth it?

Is your organization responding to inflation in any way? With entry level work being paid more, we are trying to get ahead of any turnover due to wage compression. So someone I know asked HR about a boot policy. When he found out that there wasn’t one, but his boss said there was (who gave the guys $ for boots and the claimed it on his expense reimbursements as something else) the boss got mad at him for askingHR (and in trouble for the expense reimbursements) and then 2 days later laid off my friend. There appears to be no notice of bad performance and this person always was the first person on the job site ready to work. Thoughts?

Does anyone have the 2020 SHRM books for sale or to borrow? My job won’t contribute towards my certification. I’ve already paid for my test. I have the books from 2015 but I’d like to study from the 2020. I tried finding them online to purchase but sellers of affordable books aren’t responding.
