PSA: I had a horrible experience applying for a job at Devoted Health. Applied online and then got asked to schedule a phone interview. On the day of the interview, I waited 20 min and nothing happened. I emailed the HR rep, he didn’t acknowledge or apologize and just told me to reschedule so I did. But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain.
