I just finished my MBA and I am an electrical engineer of 10years experience. I received a job offer as a senior engineer from a an engineering company. I previously discussed project manager role with this company but they extend me a senior engineer position.
I would like to get advice on what to do, how to proceed, and have an idea of salary that i should negociate if i decide to go with the company?

So, I’m at a bit of a crossroads. I love my job, and have a standing offer for about $60k above what I’m making now, plus bonus and better health insurance. I hear we aren’t supposed to bring this up.

To be completely honest I really find auditing to be boring and tedious. I really only learn how to audit better versus learning how a business really operates/ how to do the job of a controller or CFO. The only part of the job I really liked was talking things over with the client and with the WFH that’s at a stop. Will things get better for me as a senior or should I consider hoping out when things look better?

Looking for advice on types of roles I should be searching in financial services. I am an expert communicator, both written and verbal (many publications, and pre-consulting/fs career in public speaking), and a great salesperson. Want to be able to keep writing and attending conferences, as well as have a sales component. I don't enjoy working with back office banking robots. I’m aware HR isn’t your friend . But is it wise to bring a discriminatory situation to them just to keep a paper trail ? I had a meeting with HR and they were not any help of course and very rude and negative . I made sure to write down everything discussed. Honestly I’m thinking about going on STD leave because my anxiety and stress has been through the roof . Thinking about to the psych ward to escape for a few days lol .

I have resigned TCS after getting offer in another tech company with 110% hike. The new company is requesting whether a buy out option can be availed and they are ready to sponsor the buy out.
TCS side Manager and Project lead are saying that as per policy it’s not possible.
