Waiting on Condo Board to approve my lease from condo owner. I have submitted a pretty long application with all kinds of detail, but they are taking their sweet time. Is there any way I could/should nodge them or will it likely backfire?

Has anyone successfully negotiated a flexible lease break clause into their rent stabilized lease? Rent stabilized units wont lower rent and aren’t allowed to do month to month. I’d like to resign but only if I have a way out mid way if needed (e.g. give them 30 days notice).
