In the specialist track at Deloitte you can stay at your level indefinitely. Eventually you will hit the top of the salary band though

Senior here. Just sharing it’s surprising how positive interview opportunities have been. Started looking in the last two months and landed one really nice MM IB experienced analyst role where I went through the super day. They said I was overqualified and not a good fit as a result. Now interviewing for a post-MBA associate IB role. Crazy how nice opportunities can be once you start looking are. I NEVER would have guessed I’d get associate level investment banking interviews.
