I have an interview scheduled with Morgan Stanley can anyone advice me how should I prepare. Have heard experiences where people say you have to answer like a viva, your answers should match the interviewers sheet...
A third party recruiter who was looking to forward my portfolio asked me about how much my current salary is. I remember reading somewhere saying that’s not allowed to be asked during an interview. Is it different when it’s a third party recruiter and it’s not an “official interview”? Assuming it shouldn’t have been asked, how should I have answered without coming across as impolite? 🤔
Hello! I talked with a recruiter at GAP Solutions Inc. about a Clinical Advisor position in Rockville, Maryland and asked for a range of 125-135k and I got a written message that if all goes well, they can give me 125k. Typical! Research shows the average salary as 151k and I'd like to push for closer to 140k. Do I keep my mouth shut until after the interview or do I say something now? I don't want to dissuade them but I also don't want to waste time. I make about $110k now.
I need your suggestion. Earlier, I had offer letters from KPMG and EY, but due to compensation issues, I joined KPMG Also, the EY hr didn't show much interest. So, I didn't join.
But, here in KPMG, I am on bench since long. I am planning to take interview for EY again as I can see similar job openings again.
Can someone suggest me if EY consider me again as I once rejected it's offer. Also, hearing the recession rumours, is it good time to switch again?
Any inputs will be helpful.

Job opportunity (mgr title, 4-6 yr exp needed) in Internal Audit (w/ data analytics exposure) at one of the largest private companies in Chicago. I interviewed with them (director and vp) till last round and decided to pursue a different opportunity. Great and caring people who seems to support what you wanna do at this position. Since it’s private there is a lot of room to create and build from the best practice. lmk if you are interested or know someone needs help. Thanks!

I am currently a PwC senior associate working in IFS (L&D) and am interviewing for a senior advisory learning services role at KPMG. But what are the other pros/cons of jumping firms/moving from one LoS to another?

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?

I’m juggling 3 recruiters with potential jobs. I’ve already interviewed for one of them and really like the people I spoke with. I feel like I’m being greedy or maybe leading them on when I have to decide on one final offer. Is this normal? Should I care about the recruiter’s time? Lol
I have been interviewed by Google, the final interview happened 3 weeks back. The feedback I received from them is positive and they are saying that they are in process to release my offer just due to economic issues, its getting delayed in receiving approval for the requisition.
Every week they are saying next week.
Is this really common? Should I wait like this indefinitely or am I doing some mistake?
Hey all. Wanted to apply for a Full Stack Senior position. Kindly let me know whom to contact and where to send resume.
One of my current coaching clients told me “I have to interview for my job.” It’s not the first time I’ve heard of this happening in a re-org. But please, HR folks, help me understand: Why this is a good idea? It seems incredibly anxiety-provoking for the employees. What’s the business rationale for this? And what does it do to employee morale?

How do you stay on top of multiple transactions/deals/tasks? For instance, do you have an excel with your open tasks (probably a gantt chart)? Or do you use an app to stay on top of your to do? Sometimes I feel my little handwritten to do list becomes useless and I lose track of the big picture of my transactions.
