Hi all, I’m currently a year into a role at a top tier firm. Team and WLB are great but growth prospects are unclear and not a sector of long term interest. My manager hasn’t been able to articulate his medium term vision and how my role fits into that and doesn’t seem concerned that I’m overqualified for the support nature of my role.
