I have an EAD/AP card through an EB-3 application, filed by my previous employer in Dec 2020. So, well past the 180 day mark and I changed jobs on H1B without using my EAD.
Can PwC inter file an EB-2 application or will they have to start from the PERM stage because I changed employers?

Im ready to really try to get sober for keeps this time. What tips and tricks do you have for the first ten days where I’ll deal mostly with just the physical elements?
