Well, first, please know your seniors and managers do see this and do care. We discussed this as a concern about working remotely about a month ago. My tips below, although they don’t replace a true face-to-face: - Much like with clients, calls are better than emails or IMs. Ask to catch up with members of your team, even for 5 min. Not as a full team, but individually with people who review your work. - Suggest “live reviews” - they’re helpful as a learning mechanism and they make addressing comments so much faster. You can hear how someone reviews and what they look for - this really helped in my career - If you can, ask to sit in on calls that you may not ordinarily be involved in, just to listen. This may be manager/partner discussing fees, scheduling, higher level accounting issues, etc. This one may depend on the comfort level you have with each team. Hope it helps! The biggest theme for me is to create conversations instead of email bullet points, because then information is organically exchanged and you learn those “unofficial” lessons.

Thought I'd share this for inspiration. I was eating right and working out for the past few weeks and my weight on the scale was not budging which in turn was demotivating me. Yesterday was my first rest day and cheat day. I also slept a full 8 hrs. This morning I stepped on the scale and voila! Down 6 lbs. This has motivated me to keep pushing. Another 15 lbs to my target. lesson learned - Trust the process!

SO and I moved into a loft style apartment where the walls only go up about 80% of the way (there’s 2 ft gap between the wall and ceiling) this has made co working from home a nightmare, even getting a plate from the kitchen is perfectly audible from the bedroom. The place is awesome otherwise - any creative solutions from other fish in similar situations? Considering this a life lesson…

Yesterday was a good day. I was really impressed with myself. I woke up at 5, practiced dance lessons, did two water colors, made breakfast and tea, got to work by 10, put in 8-10 hours of solid work and then came home. It’s been ages since I painted or danced. However today, I slept till 7:00, did not work out or have food. Still got to work by 10 and did 8 solid hours of work. Some days are good and some are just okay. And that is okay. Trying to build on my good days and we all can. :)

QQ for any TTP users: what would you recommend as the most accelerated use of the portal? I have my GMAT in about 10 days. I've had access for half a month and I'm through ~20% problems. I've only targeted sections where I felt I needed the most improvement mainly focusing on chapter tests. If I haven't met the accuracy needed, I've then spent time on the lessons and usually hit the accuracy after. For additional context, aiming for Q47+. I was on a Q45 on a Veritas mock last week.
