Looked it up and it seems to be a new “Techsurance” company working with both home and auto policies. Does anyone have any information they could share about this company? Thank you!

My LWD is 3rd week of Aug. I currently hold 3 offers as below

Wipro: 15 LPA(14 lpa fixed)
VOIS: 16.5 LPA(15.3 lpa fixed)
Accenture: 19.7 LPA(15.5 lpa fixed+ 1.5 joining bonus).

I am in a huge confusion which organisation to join. I have two offers from service based and one offer from product based(VOIS).

I will be part of Application Maintenance support and Development team(Application Consultant role).

How do you know you’re doing a good job? I am the sole SMM at an extremely high end home company. Because we can’t drive social leads and our demo is so big ads can’t and don’t work for us. We have a small but good following, constant engagement, and are strictly for brand awareness. I feel like I never know if I’m doing a good job.
