I’ll start! I’ll often do a Japanese soup with dashi, shirataki noodles (0 cal but not filling), and lots of veggies and some protein (filling).
1 slice of low cal bread (I like Schmidt 647, it’s easy to find at pretty much all grocery stores and is 6g net carbs, 40 cals and 7g fiber)
1 wedge laughing cow cheese (35 cals, I like spicy pepper jack or garlic & herb best)
1/4 avocado or 1 tbs guacamole (about 60-120 cals)
Over easy egg (72 cals)
Super easy to make & I could eat this for breakfast lunch & dinner. Filling bc of the healthy fats from avocado & protein from the egg for only 200-250 cals. For dinner I like adding a Boca burger for an extra 70 cals to make it a little more substantial. Add a side salad or some veggies and you have a full meal for less than 350 cals. Good luck!

Egg whites with spicy salsa, avocados and black beans. Sounds weird but I mix in a tablespoon of low fat cottage cheese for added creaminess. High protein and filling! Sometimes switch out avocados for artichokes or spinach.
Chili, eggs, or lentil curry.
