Should I leave Deloitte for a move to a new city + a mid size firm job in a litigation practice area I’m not interested in, just for the sake of gaining law firm experience? (Been at big 4 one year graduated law school in 2021) or stay at Deloitte a little longer until I find a job in an area I actually want to learn about

COVID finally hit my entire household. My husband, me, my 3 yo and my 6 month old. We have been able to avoid it this entire time until last week. My direct boss isn’t so forgiving on me taking any time off for it. My husband had to take a prorated family care leave to get the two weeks off that the kids have to be isolated from daycare. I’m still recovering and nothing I have is urgent. I keep getting wishy washy statements from my boss about charge hours and you only have so much FTO to take.
