Hi Fishes - What are the things sent by SAP SDC when someone joining these days virtually? Is there any communication from when employee needs to join office?

Many teachers in my district are being told things like If you dont turn in lesson plans, if your lesson plans aren right, if you do your data chart incorrectly ..... you will be terminated. This is not legal. Question is if you get terminated in one district can you go to another district in the middle of the year?
