I have a manager that is very rude and is harassing me and belittling my work. He basically brings me down and I decided to report this behavior. I also got an offer and about to leave. I am not obligated to give 2 weeks notice. I want to just leave asap even though my new job will not start until a month and contingent on their own background/medical checks. I don’t want to leave because someone is rude to me as I am someone who is resilient. I feel like I should handle this before I leave.
