Did 4 rounds of interviews. Last 2 with 2 partners at EY. Haven’t heard back even after 1 month. One partner even commented “you will be a good addition to the team”. Hiring manager gave EY email after her interview call with me.
Fast forward two weeks, no communication. Recruiting was surprised that I was still chasing for this position, month later. Got to know last week that hiring team was continuing to interview candidates. Should I drop the idea to get hired? EY hasn’t rejected me yet.

Inb4 all the unnecessary ‘PMP is useless’ comments
Read the Agile Practitioner’s Guide front to back and watch Andrew Ramdayal’s video on Servant Leadership and you’ll be good 👍
The PMP exam prep from Rita Mulcahey did well for me. If you can get through the practice questions, you can pass the test. Just keep in mind the test is based on theory, not necessarily how you want to apply concepts, so you're really just memorizing answers and concepts that have a particular order or stratification. The way the PMP views steps in waterfall is very prescriptive and was my biggest memorization item.
Take a mock test, get the results, read every answer and analyze why it’s wrong and make your mindset adapt to the correct answers. I studied for 1 week with this method.
Andrew Ramdayal’s Udemy course is all you need.
Thanks C2 and SC1. Did you guys use reading material at all?
