148 -> 160ish? 9 months pregnant- baby should be showing up in the next week 🤞🏻
Thank you! Most of my prenatal appointments have been cancelled due to COVID so I’m guessing a bit on final weight now
F, 116 -> 124, after many years of trying, excited to gain weight finally!
F 153–>145 🙌
I started at 167 last summer! I plateaued at 160 in the early fall and committed to working out 5 days a week starting in January (already worked out before that, but not as much). Once quarantine happened, eating all homemade meals really helped (have ordered zero takeout in ~6 weeks), in addition to 4-5 days/week of CorePower yoga.
More power to ya _ try to get that muscle back by doing BW exercises. 💪 You may not have weights, but you still have your body!
178lbs > 165lbs, not being able to expense meals plus Ramadan
Intermittent fasting, all the rage right now.
180-160, M 23
Biggest thing for me was just the lack of drinking tbh. Every time I got out with the boys it’s a solid 3k calorie night with all the beers and drunk food. Now I’m just enjoying a beer or two a weekend with the girlfriend
Amazing!
Male, 165 -> 173 🤒
Your numbers are exactly mine!
F, 139 —> 131. Lots of Corepower Yoga
Literally the exact same, except Yoga with Adriene
225->215
Male 180 -> 168
Honestly just haven’t been eating out as much and consistent working out
205 > 191 so far.
I am in the same boat. No gym or weights, so running 3m's a day and bodyweight exercises. Male, down 212 to 200
Gained about 3 pounds of muscle and feel great
190 - > 168
Getting in the best shape of my life 🙏
How?!?
F 150>134 and lowering 🎉
It’s 2lbs a week since I’ve been home. I diligently drink half my body weight in water a day. No alcohol no bread but still other carbs. I don’t eat anything after 8pm when I drink an AVC water and lemon mixture before bed by 10 at the latest. I’ll eat in the morning not doing intermittent fasting. I’ve added a lot of veggies to my meals for example I used to have 2 eggs and toast in the am not I have 2 eggs with chopped up peppers and asparagus and I feel way more full longer. I workout everyday except Sunday mix of running, peloton, HIIT workouts. All 350 calories - 500 calories burned. I’ve been adding a lot of veggies to my meals. Also and probably most important I don’t buy any junk food or desserts. If I want them I go to the store but usually it’s not worth the effort and I just let it go.

Ah yes, while you scroll through these posts you’ve finally come to an honest answer:
M, 199>212
Male: 146 -> 135
It seems not slamming beers and shoveling pasta down my gullet in a hotel bed has its health benefits.
Male 347 > 367
Burger King does in fact deliver 👑
200 -> 188. Some of it was bloating and being social , but now I have time to actually cook at home and count macros while working out at home. Looking to get from 16-18% bf to around 10-12% before a slow bulk since summertime Ho season seems to be cancelled this year 😂
M - 243 > 232
F, 112 > 105 (not unhealthy, just short! 😅) Back to college weight after trying but plateauing for MANY years.
I think the biggest change came from not traveling: Less booze 🥃 , way more time to work out 💪 , and no more indulgent expensed meals 🥩
