How do you ask about WLB/hours per week in an interview? Do you just ask about culture and hope they talk about it?

If I had a dollar for every time somebody sent me this I would have dozens of dollars. What design related memes do people send you over and over?
Any PC’s feel like they’re constantly being talked down to? I have been working at my agency for 3 months and don’t know if it’s the office, the company, the position, or what?
I am 2 years out of undergrad (T30) and have worked at a small consulting firm doing market strategy consulting for many of the major pharmaceutical companies since graduation. Long term, I see myself more in strategy/ management consulting due to the higher pay and earnings potential. I’m currently 25, would I be able to move into MBB, tier 2, or the big four consulting now? I understand I would be looking at entry level positions and I am fine with that.
This is more about being a woman in general: I just became insured for the first time so I scheduled my first gynecologist screening at age 23. Is there anything I should expect? Like questions or length of time? I am afraid i might have PCOS so any advice is appreciated!
Got my first in house offer today after years and years in big law! I’m SO excited 😆 a *little* sad I won’t have the big senior associate paycheck anymore but also thrilled about my future life with hobbies and a hot boyfriend who I actually get to see during the week!
In NetDocs there was an easy way to rearrange attachments in Outlook. Is there something similar in iManage?

Is there any resources someone can point me to about the potential legal issues and more information from an HR perspective about contingent employees (temps, contract workers, part-time workers) versus normal FTE’s?
I’m working on a project for an HR class and finding good sources with real evidence about this from SHRM and news publications has been rough. Thanks!

I need a bit of advice here, what are the recommendations for finding a job in HR at United States.
I worked as an HRBP in Latin America companies for more than 9 years, I currently have L2S visa, and I live in Seattle, but it seems that whenever I mention my migrations status recruiters gets “scared” and typicall they asks why I moved here.
So far I got 30 interviews from December 2021 and all of them rejected me, it’s any recommendation that you can suggest me to get a job successfully?
As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I am quite aware of our HR code that salary is confidential but I was told about this. Would you be looking for other employment? Or stay?
Thoughts on PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certs? I have approximately 9 years of HR exp and my bachelors and MBA. Been debating on whether or not I need to fulfill my urge to get a certification. Wanted to get some thoughts around whether you have a similar background and opted to or opted to not get their certification? Thanks!
Considering a change from a smaller tech company to a huge tech organization (think Intel, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.). I’m attracted to the idea of working with more structure and having others around me to learn from and share knowledge with. Right now I’m the only one at my company with my specific expertise and worry my learning and growth is being stalled because of it. Any advice from those working at these tech behemoths on taking that plunge?
Currently have about close to 3 years of end to end HR business partnering experience under my belt. Any tips on what's needed for me to better position myself for a consultancy role in the future? Any thoughts and inputs really appreciated!

Happy Halloween 🎃 I hope everyone is having a fun and lighthearted Monday. I am developing an awards and recognition program for the company I work at and would love to hear your thoughts on what recognition programs you like as an employee as well as ones to manage? Hi! For those who host intern programs, how do you structure their performance management system/performance criteria?
So my company after weeks of 12hr days putting together multiple proposals for new benefits decided to slash benefits to $300/per employee/family across medical-dental-vision. We are in the tech industry as a startup trying to recruit talent and I advised against it. Turnover is 140% for 2022. After this choice any health insurance is too expensive and I only make $90k (2nd lowest paid) so looking to leave ASAP. Any suggestions or referrals? In Los Angeles with 8 YOE across all areas of HR.
Salary question: Fellow Payroll Admins, how much are you getting paid, YOE, and location? Just wanted to get some information. :)
