Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? Is working at a healthcare agency early in your career a bad move if you really want to do the traditional ad route? I ask because I was approached to apply for one (highly awarded). How do you deal with feeling too ‘slow’ for your job?
I have adhd which results in me having even worse imposter syndrome than others. I didn’t always do the best in school until I started getting medicated. Therefore, I have pretty bad self esteem. I’m always feeling like I’m learning things too slow at work. I also overthink every move I make so I take forever. Is this job just not meant for someone like me? On the plus side, I’m really good at concepting. But for everyday tasks, not so much.
