I discussed with my HR SPOC on 23rd July to revise my offer letter and counter the one I had just received from another organization. He told me he would get back to me but till now he hasn't. I have got a mail from IBM regarding a ticket they have raised for my request but I have not heard back yet. My date of joining in the other company is on 3rd August, one week from now. Curious of non clinical salary in the dental field. I work in not quite ‘high end’ dental as insurance specialist. I am also front desk manager (tho not office manager). I was hired to do insurance and in the 2 months since I started I have been given a dozen more responsibilities. Insurance verification, front desk, answering phones, taking payments, training, all IT work (which I’m not even good at but I’m the only person under 50 in the office so it falls on me)

Clari recruiter is asking me to e-sign and NDA aggreement for taking the 2nd interview. They have prepared 3 page document and several clauses are of when employment is active. I feel reluctant to sign unless offered a job. He told they want it so that I do not share any question with anybody else 😂.

Has anybody else also been asked to sign for taking 2nd interview? Should I sign? If they were to give NDA, it should be 2- liner or harldy one page.
