I work in a firm with about 30 lawyers. Our firm primarily does civil defense work for insurance companies, employers, and some governmental entities. I found out last night that a senior copywriter at my agency who does little follow-up and passes off work to others (read: me) to handle when there are questions from team members…was recently promoted to copy supervisor.
