Hi fishes,

I got an opportunity in Accenture and i had completed return test and video interview. Post that I got mail stating "You have made it to HR Interview at Accenture".
Post that no update. It's been 5 days that I got the mail. When I logged into portal it is in status pending review (attached).
Can anybody help what does it mean. Does it mean I'm on hold.
Or can I contact recruiter mentioned in the cc of the mail

Why is it so hard to join a group ? Hey Folks,

How does the tax thing work on the ADP portal? I declared my tax submissions for PPF, HRA and life insurance. But still the tax of around 5k got deducted from this month's salary. If I didn't declare then more tax would have deducted or the declaration wasn't considered? Can someone please guide on this and tell the proper ways of saving the tax deduction? It would be really helpful!
