It's something Ive been working towards for 4 years and have been doing the same job as the ACDs on our team for the last 2 years so I really want to finally have the title and salary to match. That said, I am pregnant and will be on leave for a year starting in May. I was looking to notify work in early Jan but I think I should wait to see what happens with this promotion. Any advice?

We already own a car together so we already have that in our world of monthly expenses, and would be road tripping out there over the course of a month. Also, I’ll be jumping from ACD to CD, going from media company to small digital agency.
