What should be the salary package for senior research analyst from a Gurgaon based company

Our client, a Manhattan pharmaceutical digital advertising agency is looking for a VP or SVP Brand Strategy.. Needs experience working on a brand with multiple indications in the oncology space (ideally) and be actively working on approx. $7 mil. of revenue.
1st. round of interviews will be internal. Candidate will be asked to present to the agency, then meet the client. On-going work will be remote. The salary range is $165 to $210++ negotiable

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Working for Deloitte. To preface I’ve been an FTE at large insurance/healthcare companies for over 10 years. In process of interviewing for a “Senior consultant role” location TN recruiter is asking for salary but won’t tell me what range is. Can someone provide me a ballpark figure working in cloud. I think I made a faux pas during a discussion with a recruiter when asked what my salary expectations were. I KNOW not to give my number first but I was so caught off guard by the question since it was our initial discussion that I just blurted out a range. I’m afraid that I’ve now locked myself into a range with little room to negotiate if extended an offer. Any advice for how to proceed?

I am 31 and trying to conceive since 2 months. My mom had early menopause when she was 39 or 40. I am bit worried and my family doctor said she can transfer me to fertility specialist as I have such Family history.

I want to try conceiving naturally for 6 months before I meet a fertility specialist. Should I be really worried about my mom’s condition? Should I meet fertility specialist right away?

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.
