Thoughts on technology consulting SM who doesn't see partner track playing out going to a $1.5B PE firm to do tech strategy work as VP for both the PE internally and also for select companies under management. Not much increase in base pay but 10-20% better bonus and similar benefits. Also an opportunity for carry but not sure how much. Big4 people folks — can I ask for your firm’s performance year, fiscal year, and year end raise/bonus plan for 2020? Deloitte: PY - March. FY - June 30. Raise - promotes only with some very small exceptions. Bonus - 55% of the usual in aggregate with the majority getting less.
