I found out recently that my agency doesn’t do automatic raises. No 3% annual raise for cost of living, like in other industries. To get a raise of any sort, I have to make a case to my ECD (cont.)
I haven’t slept in my bed for over 3 weeks. When I go to my bed, I can’t sleep. I need TV to keep my mind from racing, so I keep falling asleep on the sofa, good sleep and stay there all night.
