Any advice for negotiation? I made the mistake of accidentally letting slip my current salary and now I’m in final rounds at Facebook and the salary that was disclosed to me by the recruiter is lower than expected and now they’re saying it’s essentially non-negotiable? I don’t have the job yet, so I didn’t ask too many questions, but I’m worried I won’t have much leverage when the time comes.

Has anyone been diagnosed with depression or anxiety? How do you manage this on the job? I recently got diagnosed with both and I feel like the job is a big driver.
