I cried at my desk for the first time today. Year 3. I’m tired.

I am trying to get a better position and salary hike as a full stack(be heavy) developer. But my notice period is 12 weeks and many sites require that information and have urgent recruitment requirement.. should I resign and start searching in my notice period? But I am not confident enough to do that. Any suggestions?

Is Glassdoor a reliabel resource for comp and culture?

Just got a case study interview where they’re asking me to look at a random company’s mobile app, identify a problem statement, how to fix, what the goals and KPIs are, and to propose a list of features then prioritize, roadmap for four releases and define a rollout strategy. Is this normal for a case study interview? In the past I’ve been given a defined problem, not been told to just “strategize, define, design, and deliver first iteration” in a presentation. Is this normal?

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and still WFH. There are a high number of COVID cases in my area. Recently I am being asked to attend client and team events outside of the office in the evenings that would require me closely interacting with others and also presented with wine, etc. at dinner. I do not feel comfortable announcing yet given I am extremely early and high risk pregnancy. Any ideas on how to avoid?
