Q for FAANG + Uber folks in US: is there a policy where once a candidate is rejected, they cannot be considered for any other position for 1 year? I.e. I’d like to just start applying en masse to shoot my shot, but I haven’t built up the network to put in referrals yet, so am I actually hurting myself if I end up being rejected at the screening stage now?
