I frequently get Anselmo’s little ad wisdom poems in my feed which, fine. but lately I keep seeing imitations popping up in my feed from GUT creatives who have worked in advertising for like a few years total, but acting like they are Mark Fenske or something. genuinely curious if this is encouraged there. it feels pretty cringey.

Health benefits seem like a total black box; with no ability to tell me if a higher salary organization has crap benefits.
