I got two offers for first product manager role in two startups at different stages and wanted to get the crowd’s opinion on whether these are above/below/within range of what an SF Bay Area well funded startup would pay. I have 9 YOE as a PM.

Startup A: just raised series A. Base salary $225k and 0.33% stock options.
Startup B: in seed, still pre-product market fit. Base salary $225k and 1% stock options. Room for negotiation on equity and annual bonus still. Thank you.
