After my RL meeting I knew it was time to go back to grinding Leetcode even harder

Gonna say the harsh truth. Part of the issue with these salaries is the configuration of these cohorts…For example design should NOT be lumped in with Product Managers. Working on customer facing, revenue producing Products should NOT be lumped in with internal Products. That’s why these numbers are dragged down. In real Product orgs there are very big gaps in comp between the different types of roles and that is okay.

Thinking of moving from Cyber to P&T, anyone done this?
