I find myself slowly becoming more guarded / disliking some of my white coworkers, but it isn't their fault. They just seem to have it so easy. Can anyone relate?
If there are any lurkers in here, just know: It's extremely exhausting being the only black person on the team (specifically the only minority). Check on them, still check on your "strong" teammate.
Ok so one of my managers keeps spelling my name wrong in emails. And I feel like I already addressed it. But they are doing it again. How do i correct them without making it a big deal?
