EPAM Interviewing and Offers

Hi guys,

I have got 2 offers one from Capgemini (20LPA). Another from HCL(22LPA).
Now ePAM is offering me 24LPA+2L JB as my LWD is just 5 days from today.

After seeing the posts on layoffs in fish bowl i think it's a bit scary? Should I consider joining ePAM?? Please let me know.
Also let me know what is the variable component in my salary?
