We often judge or get judged on the chapter of our lives people enter in. Sometimes that’s good because we don’t like our old life and we like this life. But the truth is we are the sum of all of our parts, even those parts no one would clap for. I used to try and mask the not so pretty times and never really talk about them. Until I realized some of the best of the now me only exist because of the then me. And I may not always like me but I am always proud of me! Be proud of you too!

Right to hire right to fire was a law put on the books a million years ago because companies got tired of being sued for firing people, and they wanted to fire and hire at will. Well fish fish you got your wish! How about changing perspectives and realize the power of tbe bloody axe is essentially non existent because it means nothing, we give away power because we are taught to fear terminations, what if we change the narrative, always be ready and stop giving away our power.
