I am a Technology Analyst at Infosys with total yoe of 3.6 years . I was recently selected in Delloite. Should I join Deloitte for BTA - Automation Testing role? The JD demanded experience of 2.5-6 years. I have seen people with my experience joining as Consultant. Is it worth it?

Hi I'm also scared that I miss a lot of opportunities for a internship position within big 4 consulting especially, Deloitte's BTA, EY'S TAP programs, etc. So is there any change they interview during the spring or was it just the fall??
