You will be assigned a ton of cases where the statue of limitations already passed and have to deal with the fallout from clients. Run.

Good place to be thrown into the fire right away and get some experience. Wouldn’t stay too long

If you’re interested in doing PI work, there are a ton of really good small PI firms in Houston (and throughout Texas) that will train you to be a very good lawyer.

Large PI mills like Thomas J. Henry, Adler, etc’s business models work off of taking on a very large number of cases and flipping them over to settlement quick. Very few go to trial and I don’t think you’ll get much training.
