Definitely get a standing desk mat! You’ll need it for your knee/ankle joints. Wearing shoes should also help
Standing desk mat is essential! Not using one will have so many long term (and short term) health issues :)
Get a bean bag. You can nap and work and nap and nap and work and that circle goes on.

Yes, it does. It’s best to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day. And definitely wear supportive shoes, you don’t want to end up with plantar fasciitis or similar. A good chiropractor can definitely help you, just do your research first because there’s a lot of scammy ones out there. I love the two that I’ve had.

Yeah sounds like it. Try working in your most comfy sneakers. I bet you’ll notice a difference.
Get a mat and wear shoes. Also you’re not meant to stand the whole day try alternating every hour. Watch hour posture when your standing

Get a memory foam floor mat to stand on.
It will make you sore if you jump into it full bore. You need to gradually increase the time you stand. Also make sure you are not hyper extending your knees while standing for long periods of time. Cushioning is important, and for me, temperature. If the floor is cold, it hurts my feet. Good luck!
