I am a Food Technologist from India with experience in R&D in a cookies manufacturing company, Production Supervisor experience in the water manufacturing industry, and HSE experience in Sodexo. I am currently looking for overseas opportunities in the food industry.

I feel that in order to level up you need to be accepted by the 'inner circle'. I'm not so good as 'playing the game' when it comes to 'banter' in order to please people...is being the best at my role not enough?

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? I am currently working with TCS as PL/SQL Developer. I have 5 years and 6months of experience. And my CTC is 6.47LPA (Including 54k variable pay) . I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?
