I had applied for a contracts- drafting staff position at EY and the website says we'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruitment process. However I haven't recieved any form of intimation from EY yet and it's been a few days since the website's been showing this. Is there something I'm supposed to do here?

I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.
