Hey, a genuine question here which I’m facing currently.
Does BGV include destination as well ?
If I fake the designation only from analyst to Software Engineer in relieving letter. Rest everything is correct. Then will it be caught in BGV ? My joining date is next week in MNC. Can you please suggest so that should I rectify it before joining by talking with HR or just let it be? Please advise on this.
PS: I did this because I was transitioning into Developer role

Yes , releasing letter sent to your company and ask where all the information mentioned correct or not ..if your company says designation wrongly mentioned them thats it you bcg will fail ..don't know why you changed ? It is ok if you have skills ,no need to change the designation,keep it as per your experience or releasing letter
