12-14 years folks are generally hired atleast Managerial level or above (mostly Associate Partner level)
If Manager anything between 35-45
If AP - then all-together different story. But in that case can be 55-80
Not sure how they hire associate partner from outside (rarely they do)
Could you please let me know the salary level after current Market corrections for this level

AP - The layer I am not very sure how it works there
As said earlier also its associate partner and folks are elected to that position, so not sure what they provide when someone from outside is hired (if they require an AP bdw)
AP and P (the next layer) are not tenure based, so probably you would have understood what I am saying here
