I had my interview FNZ for Corporate Actions Officer in Edinburgh 2025 in first week of May , My interview went well , and they were happy from my answers.
The recruiter promised I will heard back with in 14 days but it's been more than one month and I am still waiting for their response.
Even I tried to contact the person who organized my interview like more than 10th times but she is not responding.
It's really frustrating and depressing .

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Looking for advice…I currently make $85k + 35% bonus. I’m interviewing for a job that I now know pays $70k + 15% bonus. Obviously that’s a steep cut. The only reasons I’m still interested are that it’s in crypto operations which I’d like to transition to, and it’s back on the east coast closer to family. About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I'm the only employee with a background in finance in a tech startup growing at a 300%+ per year. But it's actually my first finance-related experience (interned and now part-time as I'm in my senior year of undergrad) and don't know really how to have an impact as my knowledge is "limited" and have no technical mentorship.
