I have a PM interview coming up and the interviewer is a Product Designer. I’ve never interviewed with a Designer before, so I’m looking for guidance on what kind of things could be asked and suggestions on what/how to prepare. I assume they want to understand how I partner with design team, how I make/help make decisions, but this is high level. Can anyone share more specifics?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Really struggling at work:
I’m in that awkward stage between a PM and Senior PM and the expectation from me is to be proactive, strategic and work independently. However I’ve struggled massively due to lack of experience, sometimes knowledge and not having the ability to see the bigger picture so I don’t know what else is required or needed to move the needle.
Currently, there is nothing strategic for me to work on as i don’t have the trust from my manager to own anything

Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company.
