I work back office for Bank OZK in Ozark and love it. I have been with them 12 years now and can honestly say it has made a great career. Great company to work for as far as benefits, raises, perks and employee appreciation goes. I hope this helps someone else make a great employment decision!

You should totally post this on their Glassdoor page so future, prospective employees can see it. I always read reviews before applying to different companies and a review like this would pique my interest for sure.
