Need advice- recently got an offer & currently going through the background check via HireRight. 1 of my experiences is an unpaid volunteering position abroad. I’m facing 2 problems:

(1) HireRight is asking for a name and number to verify my position, but the person that organized the volunteer experience is unresponsive to me and my emails/calls.
